1.What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

To update your account, please follow these few steps:
 

1. Sign in to your Meetopportunity account.

2. Click Settings and select the information you would like to update.

3. In the "Edit Profile" section, follow the guided process to update your login. Then Submit to save.

4. In the "Photo" section, follow the guided process to upload new image. Then Submit to save.

5. In the "Change Password" section, follow the guided process to change your password. Then Submit to save.

6. In the "Shipping Address" section, follow the guided process to update your shipping address. Then Save.

7. In the "Notification Settings" section, click on your notification preference. Then Update to save.

2.Does my paid membership package automatically renew after it expires?

Any paid service package that is expired in MeetOpportunity website will renew automatically once a payment is made. Just go to Your Account and apply payment to the service package for which you want to renew.  

3.How do I get billed?

Basic Store package - You pay a commission fee from every item sold. This fee is deducted directly at the product checkout process.
 

Premium Store package - You pay a direct flat fee of $24 month-to-month or $22/month billed annually at the registration process by credit card or PayPal Account. 
 

Paid Ads package - You pay for your Ad package directly at the registration process by credit card or PayPal Account.

If you have accumulated any other charges, we will send you an email notification with an invoice listing any fees incurred for that billing period and services provided.

 

 

4.Is my Information secured?

MeetOpportunity ensures the security of its user's information with the Extended Validation certification (EV SSL). 
 
MeetOpportunity also uses PayPal checkout process, which is one of the most used and accepted payment solutions. MeetOpportunity uses PayPal service protection to protect your financial information. MeetOpportunity has no access to your personal and financial information. All your information are transferred to PayPal’s secure servers before you start your checkout process.
