Returns Policy


MeetOpportunity is simply a venue for independent sellers to post and sell their products and services. Therefore, MeetOpportunity has no involvement in transactions entered between sellers and buyers, nor provide any refund for transaction made between buyers and sellers. MeetOpportunity is not responsible for any damages that may occur directly or indirectly from the transactions between sellers and buyers or for any information shown on sellers account or any other site linked to or from our site. Each seller offers and is responsible for his/her own policies and terms and conditions for his/her own store.

It is important for you to locate the store’s refund and return policy and review it thoroughly before making any purchase. You may find a Store’s Agreement at the bottom of the left side of the store details when you click on the store page; or when you click on a store product, you can go to the Shipping & Returns tab located at the bottom page of the product detail.

You should contact the store owners directly to obtain clarifications or for any specific questions that you may have regarding a store product. You can communicate with a seller either through the mailbox system in your profile account or Meet&Share>Konnecting page, or whichever form of contact the seller prefers.  Although it is not guarantee, but it is always MeetOpportunity’s hope that through the various platform of communication that we offer, both the buyer and seller will mutually find ways to resolve any conflict, issues, or misunderstanding.

In case that you are unable to resolve any issue or get in touch with the seller, you could Contact Us and submit a complaint. Please be aware MeetOpportunity may not always be able to intervene in all issues.


It is your responsibility to express clearly your “Policy” or “Agreement” to your buyers regarding refund, exchange, and returns. You are responsible and must respect your store purchase order fulfillment in a timely manner. Failure to fulfill your purchase order may result in suspension of Your store account. Buyers need to know what to expect should they need to make an exchange, return or getting a refund from your Store. You will enter into a transaction between a Buyer and Seller. You may inquire from your buyers information to complete their transaction, including, without limitation, personal and payment method information. We strongly recommend that you clearly state in your Policy or Agreement what customers need to know in the event of product returns or refunds. You should also provide your contact information to your customers allowing an open door communication between buyers and sellers.

You are solely responsible for any cost or any refund associated with any goods and services offered in your account. All refund process through your store account is between You and your buyer or through PayPal.com for your sales transaction refund.
